I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to be surrounded by other people who share your desire to learn,and be the best in your field!! I also think that we need to tap other sources of dental assistants who don't have access to the promotion of PDA. Those assistants who aren't certified or licensed, but who are on the job trained and are just getting started in the work field. Just a thought I know we need attandance to stay up to continue to keep PDA going. I would never usually join, let alone send my thoughts out like this, but I believe this is the best experience I have ever had for learning and making me feel important in my field.
