Kevin, I’m sure it comes as no surprise that I am looking forward to asking Laci Phillips of Banta Consulting a few questions about paperless practices and the latest HIPAA Rule’s financial impact on dentistry.

The first question I look forward to asking Ms. Phillips is whether she thinks going paperless will save money in dental care. On the ADA’s Advocacy page, the ADA claims that HIT will indeed save dental patients money. Does Laci Phillips agree with the ADA on this point?

I’ll be looking forward to this, Kevin. Thanks for inviting a Banta HIPAA consultant to be our guest.

Kevin, if you'd let your hair grow out and were a little more liberal, you'd be a dead ringer for Keith Oberman.

Kevin, I’m interested in seeing your interview with Banta Consulting's Laci Phillips, but I cannot seem to be able to pull it up. Is there a technical problem?
