Indirect Pulp Capping case
Use of ultrasonics for removal of decay in deep cavities where pulp is not exposed. Slow removal of infected and effected dentin prevents any iatrogenic pulp exposures. Done in conjunction with a denta l Microscope increases the visualition and inspection during the entire procedure and results in more predictable outcomes of treatments .
