I could not agree more with Dr. Christenson's comments. In my view, the greatest harm to endodontic therapy is due to the use of thermafil which in of itself is not a poor technique. It is however, purported to be easier than traditional methods while in fact, it is more technique sensitive.  I have taken several of Dr. Ruddle's courese and can personally attest to their excellence and consequently, my success rate rivals that of any endodontist. I urge my colleagues to obtain similar CE and I am confident that their experience will reflect mine.
