Where was Angelina Jolie when she heard about nominations?

Why, at the dentist's office, of course. With six kids and her own pearly whites to take care of, it's just a given the Jolie-Pitt clan might spend a bit of time at their dentist's office.

The dental office is where Jolie was with some of her brood when the Golden Globe nominations were announced. She has been nominated for her directorial debut for "In the Land of Blood and Honey," while Brad Pitt has been nominated for an acting award for "Moneyball."

I assume the dental staff was happy for the actress and her children, and I'm guessing it was a pretty exciting day for all of them. I'd definitely count it among the highlights of my day (OK, year) if I was with an actor or actress when their Golden Globe nomination was announced. "Good luck, Angelina. Now be sure to bring Knox back for his check-up in six months. Bring the Golden Globe to show us if you win."

Of course, for some dental offices, celebrities are a very common occurrence. What's it like, treating celebrities? If you have the good fortune of taking care of some famous pearly whites, or those of their family, let us know what it's like. 

In the meantime, although I admit I'm not a big Angelina Jolie fan, I'll be cheering for her to win for "In the Land of Blood and Honey." Sounds like a very noble film.
