Well, I think we are all going to get one of these eventually. It’s impossible to please everybody, especially in dentistry, no matter how hard you try. I get asked all the time "Graig, how do I get rid of a bad review from a patient?".
How do you get rid of those nasty reviews?? Well... You can report some of them. You can get that thought out of your head now that they're going to get removed, it's not worth the trouble nor money, and I doubt it will work.…Continue

There’s no doubt that we’re moving toward a more visual internet dental marketing world. Potential patients often prefer consuming visual content to reading text. In fact, Facebook users are uploading 300 million photos to Facebook per day, up 20% from earlier this year. Even usage of the photo-sharing tool Instagram, purchased by Facebook in April of 2012, has increased 1,179% in six months.

DentaKit.com has a new website design, and a new tool for helping patients find the right retainer cleaner! It can be confusing for patients to wade through the choice of retainer cleaners on the market. This tool is like a "wizard" which asks patients a few simple questions and then tells them the best retainer cleaner based on their answers. Check out DentaKit.com's "Retainer Cleaner Finder" at:…Continue

I recently learned about the dental tourism industry from a friend who got implants done in Mexico. I had no idea how popular it is! While the savings can be very significant and many sources claim high success rates (not as high as in the Canada, but comparable), I'm not sure I believe that they're as safe/successful as they claim to be. I found a chart of the average costs in a number of different…Continue
Guided implants are quite famous and more people get to know only after visiting a dentist who have the facility. There are enough resources and guides on dental implants costs but can somebody put some cost breakdowns for guided implants please?
