Social media is empowering your patients - are you excited or scared?

I find that marketers and a few dentists are really excited about social media, but the majority of providers I speak with are skeptical or nervous.

Are dentists beginning to market again?

In a recent blog post, I wrote that my firm has seen an explosion of inquiries about marketing since Jan 1. I don't know if that is a trend yet or not, but I can say that none of the dentists who are calling us are excited about our supposed "recovery."



Rather, they are sick of passively waiting.
