First, a disclosure. I supported the recent suggestion from the National Transportation Board that the usage of cellphones should be prohibited among drivers.

In the early results of last week’s RDH eVillage/RDH magazine salary survey, Chicago led the metropolitan areas singled out in the survey with 27 responses. The 27 Chicago residents indicated a total of 32 hourly rates (some work in multiple offices). The average hourly rate is $37.47.
