Dr. Kirsten Roling is a licensed dentist with eighteen years clinical, dental consultation and academic experience in the treatment of underserved patients. Her exemplary professional career and accomplishments would align closely with the demanding needs and mission of busy community clinics, public health departments and non profit dental clinics.

• 1994 Graduate of UCSF, School of Dentistry; DDS, BSc.
• Combined professional career in the dental field of 29 years; first as a registered dental assistant, then dental clinic administrator, dental consultant, solo owner of a private practice, and a crredentialed staff and administrator of busy community clinics.
• Highly skilled in all phases of general dentistry, including cosmetic procedures, endodontics, periodontics (laser), oral medicine and oral surgery.
• Dedicated to providing clinical care to underserved and non-served patients in rural and urban community clinics; portable and mobile dental clinics; adult and pediatric patients, special needs, geriatric and medically compromised.
• Utilization of Evidence Based Dentistry in clinical approach and evaluation of outcomes.
• Proven experience in grant implementation and sustainability.
• Extensive experience in the instruction and recruitment of disadvantaged and underrepresented students as an Assistant Clinical Professor, UCSF; volunteer.
• Demonstrated experience in the supervision of auxiliary dental staff and dentists
• Expertise in the compliance of regulatory agency requirements
• Highly skilled in building community affiliations with various agencies that serve socioeconomic disadvantaged populations
• As a Dental Consultant to a county public health department, implemented an $840,000 (grant supported) program for two designated HPSA Counties to provide preventive dental services to underserved remote pediatric populations.
• Developed a dental assisting program to train disadvantaged students in underserved remote counties of California to increase trained auxiliary in an HPSA. 
• The only female dentist in a rural mountainous county roughly the size of Rhode Island.
• Recipient of POHAP (Pediatric Oral Health Access Program) scholarship, awarded by the California Dental Association Foundation and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, to provide pediatric training to underserved patients in regions where no specialists practiced.
