My Journey thru Dentistry

I started my journey by graduating from Diablo Valley College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. With great enthusiasm I went to work for a general practitioner and a periodontist. I really loved the work, especially the perio office. I set up and directed the patient care program, working with patients and other staff members to create an awsome patient education and home care program. Hello,
I am a RDH of 38 yrs. now kind of retired!! We have started a NON-PROFIT origanization,
to educate people about their oral and medical health through dental seminars that are
FREE to everyone, schools, churches and community centers through the state.

It is harder that i had first though, to raise funds to get teaching equipment, projectors and volenteers.
