How Do I Get Started?

I have a huge passion for dentistry and know how to take an office from good to great.  I've worked with a dentist that never ever produced 1.0m in a year and the first year I was with him, we produced 1.2m, the second year, we produced 1.5m.  I have experience with how to treat patients in every aspect, setting and reaching production & collections goals, and systems that make the whole team work great together!   I have "consulted" a few practices, but have often thought how I could expand this role for myself.  Any thoughts on how I should get started?
