System are useless if the staff do not follow through. Getting staff willingly following through is what leadership is all about.What practice owners are missing is not how to confirm an appointment (or whatever) but how to be effective leaders who attract willing staff with a half way decent worth ethic, IQ and responsibility level.If you can accomplish that then just about any system will work.
